Subscription packages are available following a free consultation and a minimum agreement term of 12 months. Subscriptions include ongoing maintenance and proactive support but do not cover extensive one-time repairs, pre-existing issues, or large-scale network upgrades, which will be billed at hourly rates.

If your IT needs exceed what’s included in your package (e.g., additional devices, extra hours of support, or advanced services), those services will be billed at an hourly rate or as an add-on fee. Our team will always inform you in advance of any charges beyond your plan.
